Description
Helps with normal muscle and nerve function. Livol Mono Normal Magnesium contains magnesium which contributes to normal muscle function and the normal function of the nervous system. Magnesium also helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, as well as for a normal energy metabolism. Magnesium helps to maintain normal bones and teeth.
Recommended dose:
1 tablet 1-2 times daily for adults and children aged 11 and over. Taken in conjunction with a meal. The daily dose should not be exceeded. Should only be used by pregnant women or children under the age of 11 after agreement with a doctor or health nurse. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.

Magnesium Hydroxide, Maltodextrin, Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cross-Linked Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose), Corn Starch, Surface Treatment Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Talc, Modified Starch, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Carnauba Wax), Humectant (Glycerol), Medium Chain Triglycerides (from Coconut Oil).
